Refund policy

We try our best to evaluate the condition of our Funko POPs accurately and understand that the condition is subjective to everyone. We are only reviewing the box, not the POP itself.
The box may exhibit 1 to 3 minor issues which include a light crease, light window scuffing, minor corner ding, a small tear or slight stain.

All sales are final and no returns will be accepted, if during the process of pulling an order and we find more than minor damage to the box we will always contact the buyer and show pictures at that time.
